Repair Shop FAQ's

 

1) Do you offer a warranty.

Yes, we offer a Lifetime Written Warranty.

2) I'm just passing through Colorado and had a little accident with my RV, can you fix me up and get me back on the road.

Yes, 99% of the time we can put you on top priority and get you and your RV back on the road as quick as the same day depending on damage.

3) My RV has some delamination and its still under warranty, can you help.

We are a premier factory authorized repair shop for all exterior body and paint defects for all manufacturers. We take care of all the paper work to get authorization for repairs. Just make a phone call to us and we'll take care of the rest, real painless process for our customers.

4) Do I have to pay you out of pocket for a warranty repair and then I have to wait for a check from the manufacturer.

No, all warranty work we bill the manufacturer directly, no cost or up front charges to you at all.

5) Can you match the color on my RV.

Yes, We have the most state-of-the -art equipment to ensure excellent color matches.

 


 

 

Insurance Claim FAQ's

 

1) My Insurance company said I need to get 2 estimates.

No law requires you to get more than one estimate.

2) My Insurance company gave me a list of collision repair shops they recommend, can I still use you for the repair shop

Yes, Only you can choose what repair shop to do the repairs. Your Insurance company by law can not tell you what repair shop to go, If they do, contact the Attorney  General in your state, this is called Steering and is completely illegal. Only you can authorize any repairs to your RV.

3) So why would my Insurance company recommend these shops.

These shop that your insurance company or adjusters recommends is mostly there DRP (Direct Repair Program) shops. These shops have contracts with the insurance company's in which they receive referrals and in return these shops possibly give discounted labor rates, cut corners on repairs, and use salvage yard or aftermarket parts rather than using OEM parts (Original Equipment Manufacturer) to cut cost for the insurance company which they receive the referrals from. We are not on any DRP list of any insurance company as we firmly believe in working for you and looking for your best interest. You pay top dollar for your insurance,  therefore, you deserve top quality repairs and a company that is looking out for your best interest. 

4) My Insurance company said if I decided a repair shop thats not on there list, they would not warranty the repairs.

False, A Insurance company is just that and not a repair shop, therefore they can NOT warranty any repairs. Whether a shop is on there list or not, its up to the shop to warranty the repairs. Besides SameDay RV Body & Paint gives a Lifetime Written Warranty on ever repair we do.

5) The estimate and check I receive from my insurance company is less than your estimate you prepared for me.

When it comes to estimating damages on a RV it will vary from each person doing the estimate, mainly due to experiance of the person. We are very thorough in our inspections when writing estimates which your insurance adjuster or another shop may of not caught, but we will work with you and your insurance to address any issues and get the dollar amount right.
